MyBusinessBox is platform for user to sell and buy products.
While we may provide pricing, storing, listing, and other guidance in our Services, such guidance is solely informational and you may decide to follow it or not.. Your Order details and purchases details records are stored in your app account.
We give you to access information about your account and in certain cases, updating that information.
-Register User
If you want to register for app, then create an account. At the time of creating account (Sign up), The "Information" (which shall also include data) provided by You to MyBusinessBox or collected from You by MyBusinessBox may consist of "Personal Information".
By providing us your Information or by making use of the facilities provided by the app, you hereby consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer of any or all of Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information by MyBusinessBox as specified under this Privacy Policy. You further agree that such collection, use, storage and transfer of Your Information shall not cause any loss or wrongful gain to you or any other person.

2. Eligibility for Membership:
-MyBusinessBox Service are not available to minor under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of the App and shall not sell or purchase any items on the App.
-Users who are not 18 years of age can participate if they are supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. In this case, the parent or legal guardian assumes responsibility of all activities carried out by the user.
3. MyBusinessBox is Platform:
-MyBusinessBox offer user to Market there products, Manager there stocks, send and receive orders.
-MyBusinessBox users utilize to meet and interact with one on other for their transaction but it is not directly involved in Any transaction between buyer and Seller. All the information and products listed on the App are provided as it is. MyBusinessBox has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. MyBusinessBox does not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users.
-MyBusinessBox cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
-MyBusinessBox is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items, which are out of stock, Reject ordered or otherwise unavailable.
-All the products on offer by seller are only for a restricted time and available product supply.
-MyBusinessBox does not have any control or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Buyers and Sellers. All discounts, offers (including exchange offers) are by the Seller/Brand and not by MyBusinessBox .
-Consequently, MyBusinessBox does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
-MyBusinessBox does not make any representation or Warranty as to the attributes (such as quality, worth, marketability, etc.) of the items or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the App. In particular, MyBusinessBox does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any items or services on the App. MyBusinessBox accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
-MyBusinessBox does not hold any title, right in products which is listed on app.
-About true identity, age, name, nationality of user, MyBusinessBox cannot give any guarantee. MyBusinessBox does not make any representation or warranty as to the attributes (such as legal title, creditworthiness, true identity, age, nationality etc.) of any of its Users.
-You use the MyBusinessBox service at your own risk.
4. Policies for Buyer:
-MyBusinessBox is not responsible for the any side effects on use of items which is purchased through the app.
-By purchasing an item, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description provided that those conditions of sale are not in breach of this User Agreement or otherwise unlawful.
-The Quality, material, product service obtained by you through the app is not supported by MyBusinessBox.
-After purchasing the product, buyer has to send item Delivered Feedback to the seller.
-MyBusinessBox take precautions to ensure the seller's true identity, but we cannot confirm about All seller identity or guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy of their items which is listed for sell. The buyer acknowledges this risk while he agrees to this terms and conditions.
-Return, Replacement, Refund of products related issue, buyer directly contact to seller. MyBusinessBox not responsible for this kind of services.
5.Policies for Seller:
-Every seller warrants that all products are legally permitted to be sold before listing the product on app. Every seller must provide most accurate description relating to the product proposed to be sold by seller. Listing product may only include text, picture, and other data which changes time to time.
Pricing Information:
-The Product Selling price is subject to change without prior notice at any time, if an item is listed in cart by user and then if item's price is changed, it gets changed in user's Cart (New Price). The Selling Price is provided by seller on the application. Due to technical reasons there may be an error in Selling price then Seller has Authority to Change Selling price of product.
All product prices shown on application are inclusive of VAT/GST/Any other Tax Type.
-Seller does not list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the App.
-All the products purchased from application shall be delivered to user from seller by their Own Courier services/facility, MyBusinessBox Does not provide any Delivery services. If user wishes that product is to be delivered to different addresses then user has an option to provide multiple addresses to seller.
-MyBusinessBox does not provide any online payment Services/Facility, therefor type of payments depends between the seller and buyer mutual understanding.
6.Product Exchange Offers:
-If buyer want to exchange product then buyer can directly contact with seller or manufacturer, MyBusinessBox does not provide any services related to product exchange, its depend on the respective Seller/Brands.
7.Cancellation Conditions:
-The Seller reserves the rights to cancel or Reject any Order for any reason like Product, quantity availability, pricing, size, colour of products.
8.Mobile Service:
-When you access the Service, you shall maintain the necessary mobile device with Technology that is required to access internet connection (wireless service carrier's standard charges with their data rates).
-Needs to install updates time to time for use of MyBusinessBox service, products, required Functionality for bugs fixes, new versions.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service must be in accordance with the Data usage rules established by your mobile device platform or service provider.
-There may be certain orders that MyBusinessBox is unable to process or pass on buyer's order to the seller and must cancel. Some situations that may result in MyBusinessBox inability to process or pass on buyer's order to the seller include, without limitation, non- availability of the App service, force majeure, credit limitations or suspected fraud.
9.Product Guarantee:
-MyBusinessBox does not guarantee on selling item(Product).
10.Electronic Communication:
-When you use the App, or send e-mails or other data, information or communication to MyBusinessBox, you agree and understand that you are communicating with MyBusinessBox through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from MyBusinessBox periodically and as and when required.
11.Product Warranty:
-If buyer requires certain services for product such as warranty, then buyer can directly contact with seller and manufacturer.
MyBusinessBox does not provide any additional services. MyBusinessBox role in a relation is to facilitate Communication services between seller and buyer, therefore you can use this App at your own risk.
12.Losses:
-MyBusinessBox will not Responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts) or any indirect Consequential loss.
13.Taxes: You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the App and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, cesses, duty etc.
13.Proprietary Rights:
-This app is Controlled and operated by MyBusinessBox and products are sold by respective Seller
-All the data, design format, structure, looks and other functionality identifying elements of the app are property of MyBusinessBox . MyBusinessBox reserves the right to change, reformate or modify the Content from time to time at its sole discretion.
-All material on the App owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, and whether directly or indirectly you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials or use of the materials in any manner and for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights in such material, and is prohibited.
-Except as expressly provided herein, You acknowledge and agree that You shall not copy, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce or distribute any Content through any medium without obtaining the necessary authorization from MyBusinessBox.
